I have this thing about finding a relaxing bar or restaurant to visit right before heading to the airport for departure. Ball & Chain was the perfect spot and it seemed like many of the other guests had the same idea. When I first walked in late afternoon the bar is dim like any other bar. Centre bar, big booth sitting areas and spacious in general. As I preceded to the back I was surprised to find an out door sitting area with live music playing. It was perfect. The outdoor area looks completely different from the front. Front stage, soft patio seating, surrounded by lust greenery with another mini bar in the back. The wait staff was nice and recommended a great drink. The food was good. And the mood light & relaxing. Picture perfect, music flowing, sun beaming and a settle breeze ever so often. This bar ended my trip nicely.

this iconic place was exactly what I imagined it to be. Good drinks, an outdoor area with stage and lots of music (also live!) and dance. The atmosphere was great and got me dancing (even though I suck at standard dance)

Super fun place to go for drinks and food. Wednesday night is ladies night where you can drink for free if you're a female. Great music and lots of dancing. There is also a back patio area. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fun time!

We just had drinks here. Good service and good taste. The ambience is super lovely inside - they have a backyard kind of place where they play live music. Comfortable cozy seating amidst flora and fauna. Loved it.

Cool atmosphere. Cuban salsa is the vibe at this place.

First time there from out of town. Pretty bustling place with a good variety of music. Drinks are pretty good.
